What erp solutions means at Developrow
Most growing businesses hit the same wall: operations, inventory, finance and production data live in separate spreadsheets and separate heads, and nobody has a single reliable view of what's actually happening. An ERP fixes that by giving every part of the business one shared source of truth — but only if it's built or configured around how your operation actually runs, not forced onto a template designed for a different kind of company.
We work both ends of the ERP spectrum: configuring proven platforms like Odoo and ERPNext when they genuinely fit, and building custom systems when your processes are specific enough that a generic platform would mean permanent workarounds. Either way, the rollout is phased — module by module, with real training and real data migration — so the business keeps running while the system goes live, rather than a risky big-bang cutover.
Who this is for
- Manufacturers and dairies that need production, inventory and finance data in one system
- Growing SMEs still running operations across disconnected spreadsheets
- Businesses with a legacy ERP that's become too rigid, too expensive, or too fragile to extend
- Multi-location operations that need real-time visibility across branches or plants
Outcomes you can expect
- One source of truth across finance, operations and inventory
- Real-time dashboards for leadership decisions
- Automated workflows that cut manual data entry

ERP Solutions questions, answered
- Should we buy a proven ERP platform or build something custom?
- If a platform like Odoo or ERPNext covers 80%+ of your process with reasonable configuration, that's usually the faster, cheaper path. We only recommend a custom build when your operation is specific enough that a generic platform would mean constant workarounds — and we'll tell you honestly which situation you're in.
- Do we have to replace our current system entirely?
- Not necessarily. If parts of your current setup work, we integrate around them and fill the gaps rather than ripping everything out. We only recommend full replacement when the existing system is actively holding the business back.
- How disruptive is the rollout to daily operations?
- We roll out module by module with a clear training and data-migration plan for each phase, so the business keeps running throughout rather than facing a single risky cutover date.
- Do you also build CRM, or is that separate now?
- CRM is its own dedicated service — see /services/crm-solutions. We build the two so they talk to each other cleanly: ERP for operations and finance, CRM for sales and customer relationships, one shared customer and product record between them.
