Never lose a lead, a follow-up, or a customer relationship again

Most growing businesses run their sales pipeline out of WhatsApp chats, a notebook and one salesperson's memory. We build CRM systems that turn that into a system everyone can see, trust and act on — without burying your team in fields they'll never fill in.

What crm solutions means at Developrow

The pattern is almost always the same: leads come in through WhatsApp, a phone call, a walk-in or a website form, get noted down somewhere different each time, and follow-up depends entirely on someone remembering to do it. Deals that would have closed quietly die because nobody circled back. The owner has no real visibility into how many leads are in the pipeline, how many are stuck, or which salesperson is actually converting.

A CRM fixes this — but only if your team actually uses it, which means the system has to match how your sales and service process really works, not force everyone into fields designed for a completely different kind of business. We build and configure CRM systems around your actual sales stages, connect them to your website, WhatsApp Business and ERP so data doesn't need re-entering, and set up automated follow-up so a lead never goes cold just because someone got busy.

Who this is for

  • Sales teams currently tracking leads in notebooks, spreadsheets or scattered WhatsApp chats
  • Service and trade businesses managing repeat customers, quotes and follow-ups
  • Distributor and dealer networks that need account-level visibility from head office
  • Growing teams that have outgrown 'everyone just remembers who's following up with whom'

Outcomes you can expect

  • Every lead and enquiry tracked from first contact to closed deal
  • Follow-ups that happen automatically instead of depending on memory
  • One pipeline view for owners and sales leads, not five different WhatsApp chats
  • Fewer deals lost simply because something fell through the cracks

CRM Solutions questions, answered

Should we buy an off-the-shelf CRM or build something custom?
For most sales teams, a configured platform like Zoho or HubSpot is faster and cheaper, and covers what you need. We build custom only when your sales or service process is specific enough that a generic platform would mean constant workarounds — and we'll tell you plainly which one fits.
Can the CRM connect to our website and WhatsApp?
Yes — website enquiry forms and WhatsApp Business are the two most common lead sources we wire directly into the CRM, so nothing has to be manually copied over and no lead sits unrecorded.
Our team has never used a CRM before — will they actually adopt it?
Adoption is the real risk with any CRM, which is why we build around your actual sales stages instead of a generic template, keep the fields to what people will realistically fill in, and train the team hands-on before go-live rather than handing over a manual.
How does this work alongside ERP?
CRM and ERP are complementary, not competing — CRM owns the sales and customer-relationship side, ERP owns operations and finance. We build them to share a single customer and product record so the two systems agree with each other. See /services/erp-solutions.
