Manufacturing questions, answered

Can you integrate with the machines and PLCs we already run?
In most cases, yes. We work with existing PLCs, sensors and SCADA data where they can expose it, and add lightweight IoT capture where they can't — so you get shop-floor visibility without replacing working equipment.
Do we have to replace our current ERP?
Not necessarily. If your ERP works, we integrate around it and fill the gaps. We only recommend replacing it when the current system is actively holding production back.
How do you handle batch traceability and audits?
We design the data model so every batch or lot carries its inputs, process parameters and quality checks — turning an audit from a week of paperwork into a report you can pull on demand.
Will our supervisors and operators actually be able to use this?
