Most engagements kick off within 1 to 2 weeks of signing. Larger programs may take 2 to 4 weeks to mobilise. A discovery call usually happens within 48 hours of your enquiry.

Do you offer fixed-price or time-and-materials engagements?

Both. For well-scoped builds we offer fixed-price phases. For ongoing partnerships, retained capacity or T&M is usually a better fit. We will recommend the model that fits your project.

Who owns the IP and code?

You do, 100 percent. We hand over source code, infrastructure and documentation into your accounts. No vendor lock-in, no hidden licensing.
